Request permanent deletion of your OpenSilla account and personal information

This page allows users of the OpenSilla mobile application to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Once submitted, our support team will review and process your request in accordance with our data retention policies.

How to Request Account Deletion

  • Enter the email address associated with your OpenSilla account
  • Provide the reason or concern for deleting your account (optional but recommended)
  • Submit the request using the form below
  • Our support team will process your request within the specified timeframe

Data Deletion Policy

When your deletion request is approved:

  • Deleted Data: Account profile details, facility listings, booking history, and associated personal information.
  • Retained Data: Transaction or payment records may be retained for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.
  • Retention Period: Required financial records are retained for up to 180 days as per applicable regulations.

Once the retention period expires, all remaining eligible data is permanently deleted from our systems.
