These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the OpenSilla mobile application (“App”), operated by OpenSilla LLC. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Agreement. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the App.
1.2 Acceptance. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2.1 Limited License. OpenSilla LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose.
2.2 Restrictions. You may not sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent from OpenSilla LLC.
3.1 Device Access. The App may request access to certain device features such as location services, camera, microphone, or storage. You can manage permissions at any time through your device settings.
3.2 Push Notifications. The App may send push notifications unless you disable them through your device or App settings.

OpenSilla LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5.1 Global Payment Processor. OpenSilla LLC uses Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) as its third-party payment processor. By making payments through the App, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.
5.2 Fees. Fees are displayed in your local currency based on your location. Stripe may perform currency conversions, and your financial institution may apply additional charges. OpenSilla LLC is not responsible for bank or currency conversion fees. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.3 Refund Policy. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where OpenSilla LLC, at its sole discretion, determines a refund is appropriate. For technical issues, contact support@opensilla.com within 7 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting OpenSilla LLC may result in immediate account suspension or termination. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be disputed, and associated costs may be recovered.
6.1 Ownership. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant OpenSilla LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely to operate and improve the App.
6.2 Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or infringe third-party rights.
All trademarks, logos, designs, and App content are owned by or licensed to OpenSilla LLC. You may not use them without prior written consent.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.
9.1 As-Is Basis. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
9.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenSilla LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenSilla LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
OpenSilla LLC may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
